How do we change the culture of the Built Environment? Opening event!

06 Oct 2020
Culture Change sessions with Building People

Join an action plan-oriented workshop focusing on changing the culture of industry, preceded by the launch of the Building People platform.

This is the event for you if you want to see change in construction and the built environment.

  • Join Building People as it launches its prototype 'aggregating and connecting' platform, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion, skills and careers, and social value across the Built Environment. Find out how this platform aggregates and integrates with industry-wide activity, enabling people to find employers, opportunities and resources, and employers to engage with a more diverse range of talent. Be the first to hear about the Building People crowdfunding campaign and how you can join in.
  • Participate in an open workshop that will create an action plan for cultural change, with high-profile speakers committed to creating tangible outputs and outcomes together.
  • Find out about the upcoming series of events facilitated by Building People, with workshops focusing on the core audiences of young people, BAME people, ex-military personnel, women, LGBTQ+ people and ex-offenders.
