Digitalisation in Small, Medium Enterprises

D Morgan went through the process of digitalisation in majority of sub-verticals of their business. As part of this automation, they digitalised their Procurement to Pay, Subcontracting to Pay, Health & Safety and Payroll process. Process automation from Requisition to Goods Receipt, eliminated need of emails & Phone calls. Site users were able to communicate with the Buying Team with full digital audit trail. Similarly, the entire process of Invoice matching is automated through “E-Invoice” process removing the need of paper-based processing and further removing human error. Timesheets, Payslips, Absences and Expenses are managed via web-based employee portal. As current initiative all site documentation like Permits, Inspections, Incidents, HSEQ documentation are digitalised through digital forms available on Mobile Phones and Tablets of the Site users.
