Digital Driven by Desire is our Digital Transformation programme. Our goal is to increase the efficiency of the design, construction, and handover processes by incorporating Digital Engineering technologies at all stages of the project. Our idea is to focus our attention on our People before introducing any new technology into our business. Our first step in improving the use of technology is to provide training in order to start a cultural change. This is followed by ensuring that all of the necessary procedures are in place. We will introduce the technology only after the appropriate level of awareness has been achieved and the appropriate process has been established. This approach has aided in the adoption of technologies, hastening their acceptance within our teams. Following this process, we are able to demonstrate the benefits of adopting new technology first, allowing our teams to adopt it because they 'want to' rather than because they 'have to.' During the presentation we will highlight a real case of how our initiative facilitated the adoption of a new digital tool.
