For our opening keynote, UK Construction Week has assembled a powerful panel to unravel the multitude of strands pushing the industry into culture change - which is behaviour change. Building safety, Net Zero, digitisation, design for manufacture, social value, skills and training, wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion alongside greater accountability, transparency and responsibility... all are clamouring for our attention. We are past the time to talk. Now we need to make a plan of practical action to create a positive legacy and rebuild public trust.
