Leading High Performance Projects towards positive culture excellence
Project Leaders have to continually evolve and adapt in their complex landscape and ever-changing environment. Within this context, the actions, behaviours and mindset that our leaders of today need to embody and amplify are vitally important. Project Leaders are rarely trained and supported with the skills to create and evolve a positive culture for safety & productivity, which is essential to ensure that their teams are not only high performing but also delivers end results for the business.
During this talk we will take a close look at the mindset, being, actions and behaviours that leaders need to authentically embrace in order to lead and develop High Performance Project Teams.
Mindset reflects and guides our behaviours. Particularly, how it connects to growth, openness, curiosity and learning. What is the optimal leadership mindset that can lead to the enhancement of a high performing team and their productivity?
Examining actions, behaviours and mindset involves self-reflection and thinking about thinking. What does this involve and subsequently, the question arises as to how can we scale self-reflection through an organization?
