Using AI to Recover a Construction Schedule in Jeopardy

06 Oct 2021
Infrastructure Hub

When a construction project begins to run over budget and off schedule, the threat to the general contractor from potential legal problems and liquidation damages can be significant.

Recovering a delayed construction project has historically been a challenging and expensive endeavour. But the advent of artificial intelligence is providing whole new ways to solve these problems.

René Morkos, civil engineer, founder and CEO of ALICE Technologies and developer of the world’s first AI-powered construction simulation platform, will reveal how A.I. is being used by large contractors building major infrastructure and commercial projects to reduce costs and risk and to bring delayed schedules back on track. He will explain how the technology works and offer detailed case studies of how it is in use today.
