Recent building quality failures have rightly shocked the industry and the public.  This multi-disciplinary panel will discuss what comprises a quality built environment, why quality is important and from where it leaks in a typical project.  Drawing on learning from DQI, Soft Landings, Design Review and the Quality Tracker, the panel will discuss what needs to happen to embed a continuous approach to quality in a project, and how quality can be integrated, rather than traded, with time and cost parameters.
