Business leaders from across Coventry and Warwickshire gathered at Coombe Abbey Hotel as prizes were handed out at the FirstPro awards, which are held annually to showcase a range of achievements within the region’s professional services sector.

The company, based on the Middlemarch Business Park, took home the award after demonstrating how its staff are given the platform to succeed, and for displaying successful investment in professional development and teambuilding.

The accolade comes just six years after Leigh Mackey, Managing Director of Inspire Insurance, was named FirstPro Young Professional of the year in 2013.

The company, founded by Mackey less than a decade ago, now has a team of 23 and an annual turnover of £5 million.
