NEU-JKF Sp. z o.o. is a company that has been operating since 1997. The company focuses on providing complete dust extraction and pneumatic transport systems for various industries. The company relies on proven and modern air purification systems, which can be used by both large plants and small craft companies. The company considered the installation of lighting, but had no specific requirements. After understanding the specifics of the business and initial expectations, we prepared a package offer, which assumed a comprehensive execution of lighting and control along with assembly service. After analysing the offer, the company chose to cooperate with our company.

Lighting exchange with the greatest possible reduction in electricity consumption

The contract concerned replacement of lighting including the installation and selection of appropriate control in the production hall. This required that the applied solutions were to ensure the best possible lighting of workstations, but it was also necessary to reduce electricity consumption as much as possible. Due to the fact that it was a production hall, it was necessary to adjust the appropriate luminaires. These spaces were not subject to high temperatures and were not very dusty, so the requirements were not too high.

Individual solutions with high luminaire efficiency while reducing the number of light points

After analysing the client’s guidelines and based on the obtained parameters, we proposed Luxon Industrial 6.0 MAX luminaires. This lighting is characterized by high luminous efficiency – 180 lm/W. We also optimized the design of the lighting, which allowed us to reduce the number of light points. Additionally, we designed the DALI control system, which, being divided into different zones, enabled maximum use of natural light coming from the skylights. As a result, it was possible to reduce costs related to electricity consumption. However, an important accomplishment was to carry out the assembly of lighting, without having to interrupt the production process.
