Case Study - SONAS BATHROOMS

SONAS BATHROOMS
Sonas Bathrooms were our first customer. They have been instrumental in the growth of the company since 2018. They are Ireland’s leading provider of quality bathroom products. Some of Sonas Bathrooms projects include the Aviva Stadium, Tayto Park, Google & Bank of Ireland.

When ConstructionBOS first met Sonas CEO Richard Sloan he challenged ConstructionBOS with coming up with an easy-to-use solution to integrate his construction data subscription with a CRM.

Challenge

The biggest challenge for Sonas was getting an overall view of what their potential market size was in Ireland and what percentage of that market they were winning or missing out on all in one platform.

Sonas Bathrooms were subscribed to Construction Information Services (CIS) to access construction project leads. Construction projects needed to be visible in a CRM on both mobile & desktop where they could easily be converted into opportunities for sales reps working in different regions.

Solution

  • ConstructionBOS helped Sonas Bathrooms easily filter construction projects and look up contacts on a daily basis within the CRM.
  • Conversion of construction projects to opportunities or accounts is painless and allows Sonas to log information on any sales process no matter what stage it’s in.
  • Insightful reports were created for both management & individual sales rep use.
  • Sales reps for both the commercial & retail section are now able to easily create bespoke Quotes within the CRM on both mobile & desktop from products on Sonas product catalogue.
  • CRM users can track tasks, meetings, notes and calls with potential or existing clients.
  • Email integration was set up via IMAP and the ConstructionBOS onboarding team created all the necessary email templates Sonas needed.
  • Finally, the administrators & end-users were provided with tailored content & trained in on their individual roles within the CRM.
