Interactive Exhibitors

Coventry Simulator

Coventry Simulator

The Simulation Centre, part of Coventry University, is the most advanced interactive people training development centre in the UK. For the centre, simulation means that a person, or team, is in a real space replicating realistic work environments, interacting with real people. This enables delegates to develop, practice and explore, relevant situations, in a realistic virtual environment, that will help them to improve a variety of skills and behaviours.
AccXel Training School with JCB

AccXel Training School with JCB

If you’re after the more practical side of things, then head over to AccXel’s stand F200 by the Careers Centre, where their industry partner JCB will be bringing their 3CX PRO training simulator for you to experience! AccXel are the UK’s first construction skills accelerator centre founded especially to tackle the skills shortages in the industry, so perfect for newbies to the industry.
The Retrofit Student Challenge

The Retrofit Student Challenge

MOBIE (Ministry of Building Innovation & Education) presents the Retrofit for a Future-fit Home design challenge exclusively for students. This challenge will be about improving our homes, saving energy, saving finite resources, saving money and saving our environment. Everyone should be able to live in a home that is warm (and cool), healthy, affordable and energy efficient. Your thoughts will be displayed in the workshop area so delegates to UK Construction week can see your ideas about how retrofit can make our homes and neighbourhoods future-fit.
