High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd was set up by Government to build and promote HS2, a new zero carbon, high-speed railway linking Manchester, Birmingham and London, with connections onto the existing rail network to Scotland. Once built, HS2 will help level-up the country by bringing new jobs and investment to the Midlands and North. 

HS2 is one of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects ever undertaken in the UK. HS2 Ltd is responsible for procuring and bringing together a supply chain of designers and contractors to deliver billions of pounds worth of contracts.
