Best Main Contractor to Work for

- To nominate your company just complete the application form with a brief summary of why your firm should be considered an exemplary employer.

- We are looking for a short submission outlining the initiatives and policies which make your company stand out.

- We are looking for ways the company allows employees to thrive and flourish.

- Areas covered may include training and career development plus staff wellbeing and attitudes towards work/life balance.

- Safety policies and initiatives are vital in construction and pay is always important so you may have a particular bonus or rewards structure which is innovative.

- How the workforce feels about the company leadership can also be highlighted alongside community initiatives which put something back into society.

- Equality and inclusion policies are also an essential part of the modern construction industry.

- We are looking for an outline of how your company goes that extra mile to make its workforce feel rewarded.

- Large contracting organisations can enter different divisions of their business into this category – the turnover limit will apply to the group company.

Best Main Contractor to Work with

- We are looking for subcontractors and suppliers to nominate their favourite main contractors to work with.

- Main contractors can also put themselves forward for the public vote.

- This is the chance to highlight things that go right in the supply chain rather than the usual headlines over late payment and pay disputes.
