More than 650 companies and organisations will be exhibiting at UK Construction Week, including many leading names from the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning industry at HVAC 2017, the UK’s number one heating, ventilation and air-conditioning event.
Visitors to BAXI’s Potterton stand will be among the first to see the new Assure boiler - the first model on the UK market to be developed exclusively for, and in conjunction with, social housing providers. It has several useful features designed to tackle common issues faced by this sector - one of which enables the installer to select and fix the correct levels of heating and hot water comfort for vulnerable tenants, which cannot then be altered by mistake. The Assure also has a facility which encourages tenants to allow landlords access to properties where carrying out mandatory annual service safety checks can be difficult.
Stokvis Energy Systems will be exhibiting the new range of Evolution boilers on stand H262 along with the comprehensive series of packaged plate heat exchangers, and a range of products for both industrial and domestic markets will be showcased by Rhico Heating Solutions on stand H160.
The new ALPHA3 and GO BALANCE app will be the focus on the Grundfos Pumps stand, plus the company’s shower pumps range, incorporating the compact STR2 and the AMAZON brass shower pumps.
Turnbull & Scott, specialist in the generation, transfer and recovery of heat, will be in attendance on stand H287, and you can discover why you can always ‘trust the shield’ with Ashcroft’s well-crafted pressure and temperature instruments on stand H376.
There will also be plenty of discussion, debate and thought leadership in the HVAC Hub, sponsored by Denco Happel, with topics including; indoor air quality, cooling in the built environment, and an introduction to under-floor air-conditioning.
HVAC 2017 is free to attend and takes place on 10th-12th October at Birmingham’s NEC.
