A1: The Construction Enquirer Awards are free to enter

Q2: Can I enter the Construction Enquirer Awards?

A2: The awards are open to all companies who qualify for the turnover criteria

Q3: How do I enter the Construction Enquirer Awards?

A3: By filling in the simple online submission box

Q4: Can I enter more than one application per award?

A4: Large companies with separate operating divisions can submit multiple entries

Q5: Are self-entries allowed?

A5: Yes - companies can enter themselves or be entered by an employee or supplier 

Q6: How do I know if I am a finalist?

A6: The public vote will go live once all nominations are in then a “Top Ten” in each category will be published on this website after voting closes

Q7: How many different award categories can I enter?

A7: Categories are by type of company/turnover so probably just one

Q8: Can I enter a submission if my company is sponsoring the award?

A8: Yes because all winners are chosen by a public vote so sponsorship has no effect on the outcome

Q9: How are the Construction Enquirer Awards different to all the other industry Awards out there; and why are they relevant to me?

A9: These awards are voted for by real construction people. They are awards for the industry voted by the industry

Q10: Why enter? What are the benefits of entering?

A10: Top ten winners can rightly claim to be construction’s best companies to work with and work for. Being recognised in this way will help you attract new staff and subcontractors in an increasingly competitive market. Clients will also know you work in the right way

Q11: What do I win?

A11: All Top Ten winners will receive a certificate and branded promotional materials to advertise their success on site hoardings, marketing campaigns etc. Ultimate winners in each category will receive a trophy on the night

Q13: What are the key deadlines?

A13: The key deadlines are listed below:

  • 13th March 2017 - Entries will be open
  • 12th June 2017 - Deadline for entries
  • 7th August 2017 - Online voting begins and Top Ten winners announced within two weeks

Q14: What is a closing date for the submission?

A14: The deadline for entries is 12th June 2017

Q15: What if I miss the deadline date?

A15: No entries will be accepted after the deadline

Q16: How are the Awards entries assessed?

A16: Entries and the supporting submissions will be voted on by the industry

Q17: When will I find out if my entry was successful?

A17: The date for Top Ten Companies with most votes will be revealed in August 2017
