One of the highlights at UK Construction Week will be the Innovation Trail, a chance for visitors to see the very latest products and services on offer at the show.

The construction industry is one of the most innovative industries, full of examples of new ways of working, sustainable products, collaboration and continually evolving technologies.

Some of our confirmed innovators include;

Innovative Mobile Mapping from Central Alliance
Central Alliance will showcase its ground breaking ROBIN LiDAR mapping system that provides three alternative mounting options rolled into one solution, allowing the user to map a variety of areas via walking, driving or flying.

ZIP panelling
Visitors will be able to experience zip panelling for themselves, claimed to be a technical revolution in construction. The product is a lightweight composite panel board designed for use in building construction for external walls, party walls, internal walls, cladding and flooring.

Graphene will demonstrate its 3D printed graphene shoe with pressure sensor, an example of how adding graphene to pre-existing materials can increase its functionality.

Solar EV-Port Systems from Solisco
Visitors will be able to discover how Solisco’s Innovative Solar EV-Port Systems offer a balanced solution to power cars with renewable energy, whilst helping to balance the grid.

Texo Drone
Texo Drone offers advanced UAV services for construction surveying – an opportunity for visitors to experience the world’s first UAV integrated survey-grade LiDAR system.

Woven dome buildings from Linus Industries
Linus Industries will be demonstrating its breakthrough weave – flexible enough to weave but strong enough to create woven buildings that are solid and unshifting. Visitors will be able to see how it requires less flexibility and allowing for stronger stiffer building materials.

To meet these industry innovators and see their products live in action, don't forget to register for your FREE badge to UK Construction Week, which will be taking place 10 - 12 October 2017 at the NEC Birmingham.
